Meaningful transformation of mind, body and spirit is achieved by maintaining good simple habits consistently for a lifetime. The most impactful habits can feel ineffective and insignificant, but close monitoring of their impact will always reveal a pattern of positive change and growth.
My 7 simple transformative habits:
- Pray and meditate for 15 minutes
- Read for 30 minutes
- Write 100 words
- Review prioritized task list
- Set plan for the day
- Exercise for 45 minutes
- Drink 100 ounces of water
Small habits have a big impact, and big impact equals transformation in so many good ways. Most days I fail to complete all 7 completely, but I remind myself there is power in knowing tomorrow I have another opportunity to strive for 100%.
